modified cn/resolve and associated tests to accept file paths as locations for the schemas, to avoid dependencies on external resources. Default values for deployment are to /var/lib/tomcat6/webapps/knb/schema/D1_SCHEMA_0_5/. This is a trade-off from a dependency on a runtime resource, to a dependency on a build configuration.
