Description

Currently, cn/resolve does schema validation and uses the SVN repository as the source to find them. This introduces an operational dependency on SVN that shouldn't be there. Did not find a generalized location on cn-dev for them, so need to define one, set up the cn-buildout targets, and point cn/resolve to them.
