- Added Dokan "driver" for ONEDrive. Used Ryan's ctypes Dokan wrapper.
- Factored driver-specific code out and import it conditionally, so that the same code will run on Linux and Windows and switch between FUSE and Dokan.
- Refactored imports so that app can run from within a py2win executable. Also runs directly from source (it detects the environment and adds to the import path)
- Added the code to each module that allows setting the debug level for each module from the settings.py file.
- Added copying of additional settings from settings.py to options so that no modules interact directly with settings.py (and so, don't need to know how to find it).
- Added special files to ignore in Windows.
