Revision e2878a94
added in some more tests. Fixed a bug that allowed for multiple reprocessing of failed retried pids (some kind of race condition must have been in play), and in the pom.xml only use test source settings.xml during testing phase while copying over the real source pkg resources in a subsequent build phase.
Still seeing the MergeJobTest failures that are showing up on Hudson.
