- Added date range filtering to LogRecordIterator.
- Cleaned up the LogRecordIterator code a bit.
- Fixed bug in MNCore.ping(). The method didn't read the body of the return, so the client was not usable after issuing the ping.
- Added d1_client example that displays key metrics for all the nodes in an environment.
