- Change from using mimetype to using content-type in code and comments.
- Added page describing how to set GMN up for testing with the Repcliation Tester.
- More consistent formatting of descriptions of configuration options in settings_site.py
- Removed database-wide "last updated" flag.
- Made the Last-Modified header compliant to the RFC by setting it to contain the date of the last modified item in the returned set, not the database wide value.
- Added check that GMN has not already accepted a given pid for replication when MNReplication.replicate() is called.
- Added handling of lower level socket exceptions and generating friendlier error messages when there are basic connectivity problems.
- Added check in MNStorage.create() that PID has not already been accepted for replication (which would cause a conflict during later replication processing).
- Changed replication processing from storing science object bytes in a temporarly local file, to streaming it directly to the final location in the GMN filesystem database.
