- Fixed bug when handling special files
- Increased cache sizes.
- Added a setting that controls how the size for resource maps is displayed. Set default setting to fastest option, which is to display a zero size for resource map folders (which prevents downloading and parsing of the resource maps, plus Solr queries for the mapped objects).
