- Renamed the two ResourceMap implementations using XPath and Foresite as the base names.
- In IndexTaskDeleteProcessor.java, changed removeDataPackage() to use ForesiteResourceMap.
- In IndexTaskProcessor.java, changed isResourceMapReadyToIndex() to use ForesiteResourceMap.
- In ResourceMapSubprocessor.java, changed processResourceMap() to use ForesiteResourceMap.
- Removed unnecessary methods including getIdentifierFromResource(), setContains(), setIdentifier(), setMappedReferences() from the ResourceMap interface.
- Removed unnecessary methods including getEntry(), setEntry(), setDocuments(), setDocumentedBy(), getAbout(), setAbout(), setParentMap() from the ResourceEntry interface.
