Add a dcterms:identifier triple to the ResourceMap when external resources are referenced. This is primarily so that when SparQL queries are run within these models, we can extract the identifier of resources that are referenced in triples (e.g. PROV relationships) but are not aggregated in the resource map. Also change the project version in pom.xml to 1.4.0.
