- A number of changes to reflect the change in GMN's default from running in debug mode to running in release mode.
- Overall changes to install GMN into the D1 production environment, running in release mode.
- A page with additional instructions for installs of GMN in a stand-alone, testing scenario (many differences related to the certificates and D1 registration).
- A page on how to set up and use a local CA and locally signed certificates.
- Combining multiple commands in the command line sections to minimize amount of copy/pasting.
- A new section the the "Using GMN" section, describing strategies on how to populate the node.
- Misc improved formatting and additions to make the instructions more clear.
