- Fixed bug where successfully executed write operations did not get removed from operation queue.
- Fixed bug where authoritative-mn was validated as a URL instead of a URN.
- Removed everything related to the submitter and origin-mn fields. These are set automatically on the MN and there's no point in making the user provide them.
- Improved some validation error messages to include information about which field failed validation.
- Bumped version to 1.2.6.
