- Better handling of HEAD requests that return error codes (now returns DataONE Exception that contains information derived from the headers instaed of plain HTTP error).
- Return headers from HEAD requests as dictionary instead of list of tuples.
- Added module for handling resource maps. Mostly copied from Andy's work on the CLI. CLI specific stuff commented out. This is just a starting base for resource map support in d1client.
