- Fixed misc issues found with PyChecker.
- Simplified logic in ObjectFormatInfo.
- Commented out methods in solr_client that will not work with the D1 index because we don't expose the Luke handler.
- Fixed function for generating system metadata for resource maps in data_package.py.
