- Clarified descriptions on configuration settings.
- Removed support for IP address based authentication. Instead, added a page in the documentation on how to set up and use a local certificate.
- Added automatic configuration of log level.
- Added support for running GMN in "stand-alone mode", where GMN does not interact with CNs. This is useful for setting up test instances of GMN.
- Added support for empty lines and comments in the whitelist file.
