Revision 42389dfc
- It turns out that distutils adds the C include path to the Python headers when building the extensions. So, by removing the paths from the source files, the extensions build automatically on 10.04 (Python 2.6) and 12.04 (2.7).
- New setup.py file that builds both the extractor and generator extensions.
