Adding a simple monitor for the hzReplicationStatus IMap hazelcast structure. This tool can be run on a CN (or any machine with a tunnel on TCP 5702 to a CN) to monitor the structure and send the values of the various entries to the statsd service running on 129.237.201.114 port 8125.
