- Fixed bug that caused two of the pathways through which a science object can be reached not to work.
- Added reading of scidata and sysmeta as files.
- Moved some exception handling from command_processor to onedrive_d1_client, on theory that exceptions should be handled as soon as it's known how to handle them.
