refactored NodeAccess and other ldap classes and tests to add ability to store and update NodeReplicationPolicies in the NodeRegistry. Refactored redundant code into helper methods, replaced attribute name strings with constants, added unit tests for update logic contained in helper methods. Limited the scope of some low-level "mapping" methods that didn't have external callers from outside their package.
