downloaded new version into /usr/local/bin/oab-java6.sh
chmod 750 /usr/local/bin/oab-java6.sh

ran
/usr/local/bin/oab-java6.sh

then executed
root@dev-testing:/var/local/oab/deb# cp Packages.gz dists/lucid/universe/binary-amd64/
