Object Location List has a new structure. Recent changes to NodeList are not fully propagated to dataone-service-api java classes.

Updating the jibx configurations is more complicated than first thought - need to be able to maintain java object classes for each version of the schemas. Resolve will use SAX parsing for now, and avoid the dependency on JIBX, taking this off the critical path. Putting back in the backlog.
