Description
The health API was rewritten, with diminished summarizing capability, so existing cacti plugin components (script, input method, data template, graph template) probably need to be redone.

figured out new calls for populating the data source. Might be able to salvage the existing templates and input model.
Need to check whether the latest da-by-day count is for today, and then deploy.

installed and tested. Had to rebuild data template. Structure of Cacti has data collected into 2 data sources, redundantly. This can be optimized with a more generalized health script (parameterized). consider it a TODO for future.
