for an object synchronized around 2018-04-13 19:21, with metadata https://cn.dataone.org/cn/v2/meta/https://pasta.lternet.edu/package/data/eml/knb-lter-arc/20048/1/dddf0ae9a1920ddbd9f2c63ccaae1774
no index task was generated, and the pid itself can't be found in the index-task-generator logs. The pid is synchronized.
metacat.log doesn't go back that far. It doesn't seem to be a prolonged hazelcast issue as other index tasks are being generated around that time period (cn-index-generator.log.3). Perhaps it got lost in the index task generator code somewhere.
