Revise get(), getSystemMetadata(), and resolve() in 0.3 APIs
Method signatures might be something like:
get(ID) -> bytes
getSystemMetadata(ID) -> systemMetadata document
getSystemMetadata(sysmetaID) -> invalid
resolve(ID) -> list of known locations (URLs)

The V0.3 CN and MN API is updated.
I also added two uses cases to cover getting metadata about a MN (35), and resolving the location of a data object (36).
