Related to story #812: create a cacti plug-in to get object information from the member nodes. The basic statistic is %synchronized. Need to use the latestHarvest time found in the [NodeList].

did some integration testing against dryad test mn

more cacti configuration to get to display. Cleared output tables, threw away graphs and rebuilt. Remaining is adding graph template to other MNs.
