The count number is -1 when the expandRightsHolder method lists the subjects

Description
When the exprandRightsHolder method to list a subject info for a given subject, it uses -1 as the count. It shouldn't work. In order to get all the subject info, we can use the default one, see 1000, and get the the total number of the subject. If the total is greater than the default count (this is rare), we will start a paged query again.
