Description
We need to move the orcid secret input form from dataone-cn-os-core to dataone-cn-portal and also another form for the orcid id.

Both forms are added into dataone-cn-portal.
The portal.properties file which stores the secret is set to readable only by the owner.
The code were committed to both trunk and 2.3 branch.
