Description

When a user searches for an identifier using a string that is shorted than the actual identifier registered in DataONE but still widely recognized as a valid identifier, the search results should include all records that match that string.

For example, the PID http://dx.doi.org/10.5061/dryad.1ph92?ver=2015-08-31T10:06:44.866-04:00 is widely recognized by the DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.5061/dryad.1ph92 or doi:10.5061/dryad.1ph92, however searching for that identifier in the search UI returns no records.
