Contact IOE regarding TLS SNI handshake alert from their apache webserver and close when issue is resolved
Add to the virtual server host file:
ServerName data.rcg.montana.edu
ServerAlias metacat2.rcg.montana.edu

The SNI Issue appears to have been resolved but now we are receiving another exception:
org.dataone.service.exceptions.NotAuthorized: Only the CN or admin is allowed to harvest logs from this node
Creating another ticket for this since it is a separate Issue.
