Pending account map listing should not show equivalent identities

Description
Matt has 5 identities. Identity 1 is mapped as equivalent to 2,3,4. He requested that Identity 5 be mapped to 1 and then saw that 5 request, but also 2,3,4 because they are equivalent.
I think we can just not return the equivalent identities for the pending identity and be done with this.

switched 'recurse' parameter to false when processing equivalent identity request attributes in the identity service. Need to deploy and test.

Deployed on sandbox-2 and was happy to see that only the pending identity request is shown even when that identity has an equivalent identity registered. In the UI, it looks exactly as expected when I go to confirm the requested mapping.
