Groups created by ORCID users use an incorrect rightsHolder subject

Description
When I am logged in via ORCID and create a new group, the group is successfully created but the rightsHolder value inserted in the group are incorrect - my ORCID subject is listed as "UID=http://orcid.org/0000-0003-2192-431X,DC=dataone,DC=org" instead of just "http://orcid.org/0000-0003-2192-431X" - The hasMember value however, is correct.

When I sent the request to create the group, I did not supply any hasMember or rightsHolder nodes in the XML - just the subject and groupName.

I deployed a fix to cn-sandbox and cn-sandbox-2.
now seeing this (expected):
