Description
There's a bunch of content in sandbox environment that no longer has an authoritative member node. This needs to be completely purged.
The process to purge an object is something like:
- call delete on every node that holds a replica
- remove the entry from the postgres identifiers table on each cn
- remove entries from the solr index
- remove entries from the solr log index
