Description
Calling CN.updateSystemMetadata() with seriesId field once, and then again with a different seriesId returns an InvalidSystemMetadata exception. It should be an InvalidRequest exception.
Note: This is happening on cn-dev-ucsb-1, but not on mn-demo-8
