Description
This command /package/package-type/identifier has two elements. If both package-type and identifier have a slash, e.g., /package/application%2Fbagit/myid%2F12345, the test case still should work.
Can we have a test case with two identifier elements which contain encoded characters?

Added test for this situation, ran it and debugged through it as well, verified that the result is as expected.
