Change send itinerary by October 16
Cutoff for hotel reservations is October 2

The AHM registration forms are done. When you get a chance, can you please test them to make sure all is well with content, dates/times, and confirmation emails?

Chris,

Please add email confirmations for both 2015 AHM registration forms. Use last years content and update to reflect the 2015 content/dates where you can. We will review and update accordingly after you have set them up.
