Description
Replication to the NKN and NMEPSCOR GMN MNs failed in the production environment because the system metadata of the object (doi:10.5063/AA/mbauer.1005.1) being replicated is schema non-valid:

In this specific instance, the system metadata contains empty child elements of the replciationPolicy element - the schema declares these as type NonEmptyString:
These two element may be removed as their cardinality is 0..infinity.
