Description

We will be releasing a new drop down navigation structure on the public website shortly (Apr 13th?). The top level plum bar that is replicated in ONEMercury will now include "News" as an item between "About" and Participate". This needs to be added to the ONEMercury bar.
Also, the icon for google+ is missing from the top right set of SM accounts in ONEMercury but is present on the public website. Can this also be added?

Ideally this change should be added to the pages as soon as practical as the change is going live to www.dataone.org on 2015-04-13.
