Infrastructure

We need to demonstrate some DataONE functionality to sponsors and other interested parties. Part of this demonstration should include command line interactions (e.g. simple search, get from bash) and more importantly, some interaction from at least one tool that is widely known and utilized by researchers. R is an excellent candidate for this. The main purpose of this story is to design, implement, and deploy a client that can be used with R for interacting with DataONE services.
