Description
CN Sync received multipe SSL handshake exceptions during what might be a network partition, or possibly due to something wrong with the PoolingHttpClientConnectionManager.
Investigate how the PoolinHttpClientConnectionManager deals with broken SSL connections, and look for possible ways for us to recover from them.
