Configure replication for each of the CNs to replicate with each other. Document changes.

replication is now functional amongst the 3 CNs (cn-ucsb-1, cn-orc-1, cn-unm-1). Replication logging is also functional. It follows the same format as event logging. See story 655 for more details.
