Reviewed methods that call LogAccessRestrition methods for impacts and possible further refactoring. The solr index can store these subjects, since it never required rfc2253 compatibility in the subjects.
Behavior is already good: subjectsAllowedRead emits a log warning and uses the non-standardized subject string when an exception is thrown from CerificateManager.standardizeDN(String s)
