Description
Add the necessary packages to the CN deployment packages so that any monitoring functionality that needs to be installed on the CNs is included with the installation of the CN stack.
This would also include any configuration settings that needs to be made to the package installation process.

Use of Cacti will require just the installation of a public key. Easily done interactively (one ssh command issued from monitoring server), but manual install via config might be more efficient (several steps via script).
