Description

(Story, 5pt) Setup message queue for MN index to trigger the metdata conversion process (i.e. feeding into Mercury indexing)
- evaluate options for queue - activemq, qpid, ...
- Define the installation process for selected library to incorporate in cn_service
- define messages
- implement tests for messages

Metanarrative:
Design and implement the retrieve content synchronization service component that will retrieve content from MN and store in Metacata

As a developer, I need to implement the CN indexing service in order to keep metadata objects from Member Nodes searchable
-- involves building the scheduler for the CN service
-- involves listening to metacat for changes
-- involves retrieving changes from metacat, possibly by calling MN.get() and MN.getSystemMetadata() as needed
-- involves calling solr functions to add/update index
