Description

As a CN developer, I need the DataONE update() method to be implemented for Metacat in order to serve as an object store for the CN
- involves refactoring current REST interface in metacat to use DataONE API
- write unit test for update() REST service

update is now working. There is a unit test in CrudServiceTest. SystemMetadata is updated with new values for the obsoletes and obsoletedBy fields as well as the DateSysMetadataModified field.
