Description
Need to set up a risk register ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Risk_register ) for the project.
A couple of options:
a) Use the trac wiki pages (support templates and programmatic access), and post-process using an external script
b) Modify the ticket system with some custom fields and leverage that functionality.
