Unit tests already exist for all of these methods within Metacat -- no need to refactor. In addition, the d1-java client library has unit tests for create() and get() that exercise these methods. Other tasks associated with other stories for Metacat MN implementation include subtasks for generating appropriate unit tests, so this task duplicates those finer grained tasks. Closing this as a duplicate.
