Description
This should be a fairly straight forward graph traversal problem.
Need to extend the xmlrpc interface to support the Agilo relationships (i.e. requirement -> story -> task)
Update the generated output to show some indication of the number of tasks / time consumed / time scheduled for each requirement.
This will enable mapping back to use cases, and ultimately to user scenarios.

Requires a lot of iteration over the tickets. Partially implemented, but rendering needs to be implemented.
