Description
As a manager of the Dryad software, I need to provision a machine that will run the Python Member node software. This may be real hardware or a virtual machine.
(Pieces of this may or may not be done as of this writing - close associated tasks for this story as appropriate).

- Provide access to developer(s)
- Document firewall and connectivity issues
- Document who is administering the machine
- Document any additional restrictions / configuration issues beyond the specifications necessary for installing the MN software.
