Connecting to http://trac.dataone.org presents the default Redhat Enterprise page rather than the Trac site.
Need to either:
a) enable anonymous access over plain http to view content, redirecting to https when logging in
or
b) redirect directly to https

Done. Redirected all plain port 80 requests to the SSL site.
