In MN summary list, we need to better indicate that you should/can click on a MN row for more information.
Roll-over color is already there in pale gray, perhaps it should be a different color?
Resolution to this: use plum + roll-over = teal for the MN name text, keep the gray highlighting
Note: dataone.org theme paints links as plum and uses a blue mouse over color. Maybe best to follow this style.
