Description
The Replication Tester should have a suite of tests where it will check if the MN behaves as would be expected by its Node document and its replication policy. Examples:
- Tiers below 4 should not accept replication requests.
- Tier 4 with replicate set to false should not accept requests.
- MN should only accept request for objects that match that of its ReplicationPolicy (size, format ID, etc).
